Here is how you make Avocado Smoothie:

Blend until smooth. 1 - 16oz meal replacement servingMy method: For six freezable servings, I puree 3 avocados with 2 Tbs lemon juice and freeze into 24 cubes in an ice cube tray. I divide a 32 oz container of yogurt into 36 cubes. Once frozen, I place 4 avocado cubes and 6 yogurt cubes into a sandwich bag, then put all six sandwich bags into a gallon size freezer bag and place in the freezer. To make a smoothie, I put 8 oz almond milk in my blender, add one bag of cubes, and microwave for about 30 seconds to soften slightly.
