I keep a stash of frozen fruit in my freezer for smoothie purposes - frozen fruit is great in smoothies because it doesn't make the smoothie all runny.I freeze everything ahead of time except the banana (which i cut fresh) - you'll also need to have a blender.slice 1/4 cup of a banana into the blenderadd 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries into the blenderadd 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries into the blendermeasure 1/4 cup of yogurt into the blender - i like Dannon Lite & Fit Vanillameasure 1/2 cup of milk into the blender - i like to use silk vanilla soy milk - you can also substitute the milk for any kind of juicepulse until mostly smooth, then blend until fully smooth.the great part about this smoothie is that you can easily switch out ingredients. try adding raspberries instead of banana, or pineapple instead of strawberry. Use the same amounts, but just different stuff. I sometimes add protein powder to my smoothie, too.
