I originally found this receipe in an issue of Prevention Magazine, 2005, and it called for a bag of tea. I improvised for time's sake and found the Kirkland Diet Green Tea just as effective. It still taste's great & is quick to make!

1 cup Nancy's Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
2 TBSP flax seed
1 serving almonds
0.5 serving Kirkland Diet Green Tea
2/3 ice cubes

Start with liguid in a blender, crush almonds, then add all ingredients, and blend for 15-30 seconds. Throw in ice cubes. Makes 2 servings.
