After blending take the top off and check to see it is lumpy icy or thick. You don't want it to be this way, so in order to get rid of this add a little more apple juice to the smoothie. When this process is over, you are done making the smoothie and now it is ready to be served. Serving Size: 1 cup is the serving size but this smootie make up to 10 servings.
