How Do I Make Tuna Pancakes?

Here is how you make Tuna Pancakes:

Fine chop onions and peppers. Drain tuna. In a bowl beat eggs add onions, peppers and tuna, mix well. Add flour and salt. Pour oil into frying pan. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil, brown on both sides. Makes about 12 patties, 4 patties per serving. Here is a dipping sauce, you can make before the tuna patties.
