Here is how you make Pam's Veggie Pizza:

Open the cans of crescents but do not separate. Place and press flat into the bottom of a 10x15 cookie sheet to form crust. Bake approximately 8-10 minutes at 350 until lightly brown. Remove and allow to cool.Mix cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing until smooth. Spread over cooled crescent crust.Use food processor to finely chop all veggies then combine in a bowl.
