Beat egg yolk in small bowl. Beat in milk and cooking oil. In large bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg mixture to flour and stir until blended but slightly lumpy. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Carefully fold egg whites into flour mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg whites. Pour batter into a preheated waffle baker.
