1/3 cup cup 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Place all ingredients in your blender. I use a nutribullet. Blend well for about 30-50 seconds. Pour into one cup size waffle iron. Cook until desired browning. Serve with fresh fruit, flavored yogurt, syrup or your desired toppings. An alternative to waffle iron is below:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place about a tsp of butter in the pan and place it in the oven. Using hot pad, remove the pan and swirl the butter around bottom of pan. Add all the batter. Bake for 25 or so munutes until puffed an golden. If you don't have a waffle iron you can make a pancake puff in the oven.
