1 14 oz can chicken broth
1/2 c chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp lemon peel
1 1/2 c fat free milk
8oz lump crab meat
2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt (i use red alae sea salt that has tons of minerals)
