1/4 cup Olive Oil Mayo
1 cup fat free milk
1 tbsp flour
1 small onion

8 slices turkey bacon

Here is how you make Chicken and Bean Chowder:

in a large pot, brown the onions and bacon apprx 8 minThen pour in the chicken broth, potatoes and corn. (potatoes peeled and cut into bite sized pieces)Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 min or until the potatoes are tender.In the meantime, wisk together the flour and mayo. I add some chili seasoning to the mayo mixture. Then stir in the milk.Add to the pot with the chicken and beans.
