2 cups frozen corn

Here is how you make Lynda's White Chicken Chili:

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add chicken, honions and garlic and saute until chicken is lightly browned - 5-7 minutes. Add broth, beans, chile peppers, salt and spices. Stir well. Bring to gentle boil then reduce heat and simmer 4 or 5 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese. Stir in corn. Simmer another half hour or so.
