1 can Black Beans
1 can White Beans
1 can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas)

1 4oz can Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
1 can Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1 cup dried Lentils
1 cup Peach Pineapple Salsa (any sweet salsa like mango)
1 palm full any grill seasoning

How Do I Make Meanette's Chicken Chili?

Here is how you make Meanette's Chicken Chili:

Place frozen chicken breast in crockpot (5quart or lager), add all cans of beans,chiles, corn, dried lentils, salsa and grill seasoning. Add up to one can of water depending on size of crockpot (if there's room). Pop on the lid, turn on high and let cook 5-7hours. Cooking time varies as much as 1 hour less depending on crockpot used. Chili is done when lentils are pretty much dissolved and chicken is falling apart (shredding on it's own).Makes approximatly 20 1-cup servingsGarnish with your favorite shredded cheese and sour cream or plain yogart.Leftovers freeze real well.Number of Servings: 20Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MEANETTE.
