1 lb - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium red pepper, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 15 ounce can Great Northern Beans, rinsed & drained
1 16 ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 15 ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
1/2 14.5 ounce can fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
1 4 oz can chopped or diced green chilies
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Spicy Chicken Chili:

Coat a large soup pot with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat until lightly brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.Spray pan again with cooking spray. Saute onion and peppers for about 4 minutes or until onion turns clear.Add remaining ingredients and chicken and stir. Bring to a boil and reduced heat and simmer for 15 minutes.Serving Size:?makes 6 - 1 cup servings
