How Do I Make Chicken and Dumplings?

Here is how you make Chicken and Dumplings:

Wash Chicken Thighs under cold water.Place meat in pot filled 3/4 with water and Chicken broth.While Pot is starting to heat up on medium high heat ,cut carrots,celery and onion to small pieces.Add all veges,Salt,Pepper and bouillion cube.Stir and cook on medium high heat about 45 min. Then take out meat and let cool of so you can peel it off the bones.In mean time cut each biscuit into small pieces.Turn heat to medium/low now and add biscuit pieces and simmer about 20 min.Add peeled off chicken meat and simmer another 5-10 min or until biscuit pieces are cooked but not too soft.EnjoyNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SMILEY2969.
