In a large stock pot, combined 3 CLOVES PEELED AND MINCED GARLIC; 2 LBS CHICKEN PIECES; 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED; 1 1/2 T SEA SALT; 2 t FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER, 1 BAY LEAF, and 10 CUPS WATER.4. Bring chicken, vegetables, and water to a boil.5. Reduce heat to simmer, and simmer 45 minutes.6. Remove the chicken from the pot, and let cool on a plate.7.
