4 grams Bay Leaf - really 2 whole leaves
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1 tsp Oregano, ground
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Rosemary, dried
1 tsp Pepper, black
2 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat

Here is how you make Trish's Chicken Stock and Veggie Soup:

Dice the onion and garlic and saute them in a saucepan in one TBSP olive oil (which I forgot to add to the ingredients - at 119 calories per TBSP that would add 19.8 cal to the 2 cup serving) for two or three minutes or until translucent. Add the Chicken stock to a large pot, stir in sauted garlic and onion, carrots, celery and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes and then add the cooked chicken and set the temp on low for another 15 to 20 minutes. Stir soup occasionally.
