This is something I threw together on a whim, I didn't write down the ingredients the first time, but have made it since by request of my boyfriend. We like our chili HOT, so feel free to tame it down. I like to top it with shredded pepper jack cheese and serve it with a fresh hot pepper bread from a local bakery.
