What Are The Ingredients For Cowboy Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Cowboy Chili are: 1lb or more of ground meat2 cans of chili beans (cheapest brand) 2 cans of another type of beans (I use great northern beans) 1 packet of taco seasoning (dry packet) 1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning (dry packet) 2 cans of mexicorn or mexican style corn 1 small can of sliced olives 2 Tbsp of chili powder 2 cans of diced or stewed mexican style tomatoes How Do I Make Cowboy Chili?Here is how you make Cowboy Chili: Start with the meat in a skillet and the stove on medium/high.Put half a package of ranch seasoning and half a packet of taco seasoning on the meat and cook it into the meat. Also use about 1 Tbsp of chili powder at this moment.Once the meat is fairly browned, then dump the can of tomatoes into the skillet. Let the tomatoes come to a boil. Drain the liquid from the olives before adding them to the chili.Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan thoroughly mixing in each ingredient each time a new ingredient is added.Taste the chili. You may have to tinker with the chili seasoning by adding more chili powder to your likeness. If the chili tastes of vinegar you can do one of 2 things. I add a couple pinches of brown sugar.
