one 12 oz. package soy protein crumbles (Boca, Morning Star Farms, etc.)
two cans dark kidney beans
Two cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
Pam vegetable oil spray or one tbs vegetable oil (olive oil is best)

Here is how you make Golden Bowl Vegetarian Chili:
