Put the clam juice in a stock pot and then add onions, chopped garlic and potatoes. Cook till potatoes start to get tender. Don't over cook. Add shrimp and clams then the cream and butter. Stir to blend. Add the seasonings, pepper and McCormick seasoning.In another dish add the corn starch, 5 TBS. and the 2 cups of milk. Stir and then add to the clam mixture.
