5 Medium Red Potatoes (peeled)
1 Package Bacon (cooked and sliced)
1 Cup White Onion
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic Powder

Here is how you make Mom's Corn Chowder:

1. Fry up bacon until crisp, slice it up into small strips about .5 inch. Combine with chopped onion and finish frying until onion is translucent.2. Cut potatoes to cubes, I usually do .5 inch square.3. In a pot, combine milk, canned creamed corn, frozen corn, potatoes, bacon (with the bacon grease) and onion.
