1.Combine onion, celery, turkey bacon, olive oil in large dutch oven and saute until vegetables are tender. Then add flour and stir until absorbed.2.Add seasonings to mixture in pan and stir in.3.Add undrained clams, drained potatoes and skim milk and heat through (about 5 mins).4.Add nonfat dry milk and potatoes and cook on med-low heat until soup is thickened.
