If it gets too dry, add a little stock. Toss in the pre-cooked sausage crumbles and the diced potatoes and saute about 3-5 minutes. Add crushed red pepper and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 15-20 minutes until potatoes are starting to get soft but still firm. Add in kale and cook about 3 minutes. Stir in milk and let simmer another 5 minutes but do NOT boil after you put milk in the pot. Add more crushed red pepper, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
