1 tbsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley, fresh, chopped
12 cups beef stock
1 tbsp. dry Mediterranean Oregano
6 cups Prego Traditional Italian Spaghetti Sauce 67 oz
1 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz. can white beans
12 to 16 ounces any small dry macaroni, or any pasta of choice

Brown beef. Drain. Set aside.Heat oil and butter in extra-large soup pot. Saut? onions, carrots (shredded), and celery (sliced) in oil and butter until soft. About 8 to 10 minutes.Add tomatoes, with their liquid, to soup pot. Break up tomatoes as much as possible so that you do not have any big chucks of tomato. Add drained meat.
