Celery Salt, .25 tsp (optional)
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Thyme, ground, .75 tsp
Garlic powder, .75 tsp

Here is how you make Potato Corn Chowder w/Smoked Sausage:

Melt Butter in a stock pot at medium heat.Add chopped celery, onion & red pepper & saute until onion is translucent. Add flour & cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until flour turns a light golden color.Gradually add in stock - until fully incorporated with the mix & flour is smooth.Add sausage and potatoes. Bring stock to a boil.At boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover & simmer for 15 minutes. Remove a portion of the potatoes along with stock & process in a blender until smooth.
