Here is how you make Pork and Sweet potato stew:

Heat 1 T canola in Instant pot on sautee setting. Add cubed up pork steak and chopped onion. Add seasonings 1 at a time stirring in between to coat meat and onions. When browned add cubed sweet potatoes, rinsed black beans, fire roasted tomatoes and Rotel. Do not stir. Add chicken broth around the sides and poke down any potatoes that may be up out of the liquid. Turn off Instant Pot. Place lid on pot making sure vale is in closed position. Hit the stew button or manual 20 mins. Cook until timer goes off, Let pressure release for 10 mins then finish releasing it if necessary. Open pot, stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
