Here is how you make Sweet Potato Chowder:

Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add curry and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes more. Stir in potatoes, broth, coconut milk, lemon peel, and ginger. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Cool slightly. Transfer half in small batches into a blender/food processor and process until smooth.
