What Are The Ingredients For Meatball Stew Recipe?

The ingredients for Meatball Stew are:

1 pint (2 cups) half and half - you could also use milk for less fat content but soup will have a thinner consistency
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp all purpose flour
8 cups fat free chicken broth
1 large onion chopped
3 cups chopped carrots
3 cups chopped celery
3 cups chopped potato (approximately 4 potatoes)
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 package forzen turkey meatballs
salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Meatball Stew?

Here is how you make Meatball Stew:

Chop potatoes first and place in large pot, then add chicken broth. Boil potatoes in broth until nearly cooked (chunks can be pierced with a fork with resistance but somewhat tender). While this is cooking chop your vegetables and saute them together with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes, they should not be tender. 1 minute before taking veggies off heat sprinkle on flour and mix in. When the potatoes are finished add all veggies, half and half and the meatballs. Let simmer at medium heat until everything is warmed through and the vegetables have finished cooking.
