Makes about four 1 1/2-cup servings.In a 2-qt. saucepan heat the olive oil; add celery and onions, stirring to coat. Turn heat to medium-low, cover pot and let cook about 5 minutes.Add water, tomatoes, ketchup, salt, curry powder, and Tabasco. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.Add shrimp, scallops, and fish to pot. Let simmer another 10 minutes.I think this is yummy served over a scoop of rice.
