Here is how you make Roasted Tomato Bisque:

Heat oven to 450 degress F.Place all ingredients in an oven proof pan. Stir to combine the spices. Roast all ingredients until most of the tomato liquid has evaporated and the whole mixture smells fragrant. This will take about 20-30 minutes depending on your tomatoes and how much liquid they have in the can. Remove the pan from the oven and puree the whole thing in a blender. Add some water or broth to the soup to get to the consistency you prefer. Optional garnishes are hot sauce, mozzarella cheese, sour cream or creme fraiche.
