Here is how you make Hippiesue's Turkey Chili:

Brown the ground turkey and onion together in large pot. Drain off all fat. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices and cook on medium heat. Drain and rinse well the beans, and add to the pot. Heat on medium heat til bubbling and then turn down a bit to simmer. After 30 minutes or so, add more seasonings to taste.
