1 Small Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Lb Turkey Burger
1 Medium Onion, Diced
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Water
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1/4 cup Chili Powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Red Pepper (to your liking)
1 tbsp garlic powder, divided
1/2 tbsp Lowry's Seasoned Salt, divided


How Do I Make Red Turkey Chili?

Here is how you make Red Turkey Chili:

Heat vegetable oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add ground turkey and onion. Cook, stirring occaisionally, until turkey is no longer pink, about 10 minutes or so. Add 1/2 of the Lowry's seasoned salt and 1/2 of the garlic powder to meat as it browns.While mixture is browning, combine all remaining ingredients into larger pot. When meat mixture is done, add to remaining ingredients and bring to boilTurn heat to low and simmer at least 20 minutes.Top with 2% cheese, low fat sour cream & green onion for a delicious treat. **Cut down sodium by using lower sodium tomatoes or broth in place of bouillon or by omitting the Lowry's seasoning.**Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JENNICOLLEEN.
