Drain the soaking water and add more water to the pan to about 2 inches above the beans, bring to a boil and simmer 1.5-2 hours or until done. Drain and rinse the beans. Place 1/2 cup water in the bottom of the (now empty) pan and add the ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is done, stirring constently and breaking it up into little pieces. Add the chili seasoning and mix well. Use a knife to cut up the tomatoes while they are still in the can, add the tomatoes and juice to the turkey, add the beans. Stir well.
