Here is how you make Turkey and "dumplings":

Saute onions and celery until translucent. Bring chicken broth to boil, prepare egg noodles. When noodles are half done, add turkey, onions and celery. Bring back to boil. While waiting for boil, mix evaporated milk and flour in separate bowl. Once chicken mixture is boiling, stir in milk and flour. Return to boil.
