6 serving Kroger Cut Green Beans (Frozen)
46 fl oz Tomato juice, without salt added
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
3.6 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt
6 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread

Here is how you make Granny's Vegetable Stew:

-Dice Onion-Add 1 tbsp of Earth Balance to large pot-Add onion to pot and let it brown while peeling and dicing the potatoes into even cubes-After Onions are translucent, add tomato juice, tomato paste, rotel, and stewed tomatoes to the pot-Add remaining earth balance to pot-Slice serrano pepper and remove seeds, add pepper halves to pot-Add salt and pepper to taste-Add potatoes to the pot and bring to a boil-Reduce heat and add frozen green beans and lima beans to the pot and cover-let Simmer for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender-Add frozen corn at around the 40 minute mark
