Leftover Ham Bone
1 Onion, cut in half
2 Stalks Celery, or inner smaller stalks with leaves
2 Carrots broken in half
3 Bay leaves
1T Rosemary, or 1 small Fresh stem
3T Mrs Dash

5C Ham, diced (this was about half the ham with the fat removed)
5 medium Potatoes, cubed
3 C Carrots, sliced
8 C Cabbage, shredded (this is about 1 small head)
2 14oz cans Red or White Kidney Beans

Here is how you make Ham and Veggie Stoup:

Place first 8 ingredients into large stock pot and cook on a rapid simmer for approximately 2 hours. Remove ham bone and vegetables. The water will have reduced to about half. Feel free to feed the ham bone to your dog after cooled :) While the stalk is cooking, cube potatoes, slice carrots, and shred cabbage and set aside in large bowlAfter bone and veggies are removed, add prepped veggies and ham into pot, along with beans.
