Here is how you make 4 Bean Slow Cooker Chili for a Crowd:

The evening before cooking measure dry beans into a large bowl. Cover generously with water and soak overnight. Pour off soaking water and rinse beans, picking out any that are floating. Drain completely and place in the cooker. Add in the zucchini, Roma tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeno, and tomato paste. Lightly chop the frozen vegetables and add them to the cooker. Add in the seasonings. Cover cooker and set to high for the next four hours. At the two hour mark, brown the ground meat in a fry pan, chopping into bits in the process. Add the meat to the cooker and stir in well. Cover the cooker.
