1 packet sazon
1 tbsp adobo

Saute the onion and pepper in olive oil until onions are tender then add garlic. After about 5 minutes add the oregano, tomato sauce, sazon, adobo and saute until it becomes like a paste. Then add the chick peas and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil then add the rice. Stir once and boil until almost all the moisture is evaporated(try not to stir more then 2 or 3 times during this process to avoid mushy rice). Once water is evaporated put the flame on low and simmer covered for about 25 minutes.
