Here is how you make SHRIMP PAELLA:

ADD THE RICE, SOYBEANS AND SAZON TO TWO CUPS OF BOILING WATER. BOIL FOR 40 MINUTES. MEANWHILE, RINSE, PAT DRY AND SEASON THE SHRIMP WITH LEMON PEPPER. WHEN THE RICE IS DONE, LET IT COOL. THEN SPRAY A MEDIUM SKILLET WITH THE OLIVE OIL. THEN LIGHTLY BROWN THE SHRIMP IN IT. THEN ADD THE RICE MIXTURE AND TOMATOES TO THE SKILLET AS WELL. STIR AND SERVE.
