Makes 6 servings, 6 oz. fish eachSpray pan with non-stick spray. Add onion and garlic and saute until cooked but not brown.Add tomatoes, olives, capers, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Salt to taste.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, simmering gently (uncovered) for about 10 mins. Place fish in large skillet and pour tomato sauce over it. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce heat.
