Here is how you make Baked Pears:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut pears in half and core the center with a teaspoon or small melon baller. Place the pears face up in a baking dish. Pour the orange juice over the pears, letting the juice spill over onto the bottom of the baking dish. Place 1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar (Light) in each pear cavity. Sprinkle each pear with Dried Cranberries. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the pears are tender by piercing each pear with a knife. Maybe served warm or at room temperture.
