Here is how you make AJC Beef and Vege Casserole:

Heat oven to 180 degereesCook the Mince, the Onion, Mushrooms, Taco Seasoning, Salsa and Miso and Water in Fry pan. Cook Pasta in boiling water and drain.Slice and grate the Chard, Zucchini, carrot and Pepper and put in casserole dish. Once Mince is browned and pasta is cooked add into casserole dish and stir up ingredients. Make Cheese sauce with boiling water as required and pour over top and the sprinkle cheese on top.Bake for 20 mins covered and then remove cover and grill for 5 mins or until cheese is golden.Serving size is 1 cup.Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user 2NORTE.
