Make cake as directed on package. Poke holes all over warm cake with fork or wooden kebob skewer. Mix sweetened condensed milk (14 oz can) with Smuckers caramel topping and pour over top of cake, allowing to soak into holes. Crush one Butterfinger bar and sprinkle over cake. Refrigerate several hours, spread cool whip over cold cake. Crush remaining Butterfinger bar and sprinkle over cool whip.
