Cook sweet potatoes either in the over, boil, or micowave till done. Let cool. Once cooled, peel, place in bowl big enough to mix. Mash sweet potatoes, add all ingredients but marshmallows and mix well. Place in medium glass bowl or casserole dish, top with marshmallows and bake at 350 till marshmallows ore golden brown.
