Here is how you make Rumbamel's 10 Cheese Mashed Taters:

--Chop the onions and potatoes and put in a med/large pot with the broth and cover over high heat until boiling. Remove lid and stir occasionally. Cook until potatoes are almost mushy.--Remove from the heat and let sit to cool a bit. You can then puree in a blender/food processor or mash. It will splash if you try to use a mixer. After mashing, then add the cheeses and mix well again. You may want to reheat a bit and stir again.
