1 1/2 c. skim milk
4 oz. extra sharp cheese (cubed)
4 oz. 2% mild cheese (grated)

Here is how you make Healthier Southern Baked Macaroni Cheese (Macaroni Pie):

Boil macaroni - add 2 minutes to the directions on package. (If you don't boil the macaroni enough, it will soak up the milk.) Drain macaroni, add butter, stir until butter is completely melted.As the Macaroni is boiling, you can mix together in a bowl, the beaten eggs, milks, cheese, and salt.Stir macaroni and butter into milk/cheese mixture. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. It is optional, but you can sprinkle a little pepper over the top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until set in the middle.
