2 (8 ounce) packages low fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup splenda
2 eggs (I use egg beater)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Here is how you make Autumn Cheesecake:

1. mix gram cracker, 1/2 cup pecans, 3 tbs splenda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 yogurt butter. put in springform 9 inch pan and cook in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes.2. Mix 2 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1/2 splenda with mixer until smooth. beat in egg beaters slowly. Add in vanilla. mix throughly and pour mixture into baked pie crust.3. mix 1/3 splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. add apples slices in the cinnamon suger to coat then spoon apples on the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans.4. bake in 350 degreen oven for 60 to 70 minutes.With knife loosen cake from rim of pan, let cool then remove rim.
