Here is how you make Chicken Livers Casserole:

Place the chicken livers, the grated carrots and the diced onion in a food processor or blender and give it a mix until it looks even but the livers still have small chunks. Add the soy sauce (it's quite salty, so no need for extra salt, but see to your taste), the herbs and the rice and stir well. Pour into a baking dish and place it in the oven for 35 minutes. Beat the eggs with the flaxseed and pour the mixture on top of the baked livers.
