Preheat the oven at 350 F /180 C Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, mix wet ingredients in a measuring jug and mix well....pour wet into dry and stir till combined.Pour into sprayed loaf tin and bake till toothpick comes out clean! approx 45 min ???cool on wire rack , slice into 12 slices....good on it's own or as a side to chicken and green beans.can also be made in muffin tins !
