1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz glazed pecans chopped

Here is how you make Fresh Cranberry Relish:

In a food processor, chop frozen cranberries,then wash, core and hand chop 1 granny smith apple, drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Combine all these ingredients and stir in sugar. With a rolling pin, crush the pecans a little smaller, stir in and refrigerate over night. The reserved juice is to add moisture if you want more than it already has.
